Zaeem Shaukat Mirza has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Zaeem Shaukat is currently serving as the Vice President - Marketing at Rewaa since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Business Director and Strategist at their own company, Zaeem Mirza, from November 2020 onwards. In this role, they provided consulting services in marketing, digital, and marketing technology, as well as managed investments and portfolio management in various sectors such as tech, e-commerce, and real estate.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Zaeem worked as the Senior Director - Global Marketing at TouchBistro from September 2019 to October 2020. Prior to that, they held a significant position at Qatar Airways as the Global Head - Online Marketing, E-Commerce. During their tenure from March 2013 to September 2019, they managed a global portfolio of 10 regions, 80+ countries, and 160+ destinations. Zaeem Shaukat was responsible for overseeing a substantial ad spend budget and achieving impressive sales figures.

Zaeem also gained experience at renowned companies like Google. Zaeem Shaukat served as the Global Business Solutions Strategist from March 2010 to October 2012 and as the Senior Strategist and Strategist in Online Sales and Operations from August 2006 to March 2008. Additionally, they worked at iProspect as the Head of Business from April 2008 to February 2009 and founded and directed their own company called AmoebaCom from February 2009 to March 2010.

Furthermore, Zaeem Mirza has also contributed to the field of education and coaching. From June 2008 to May 2015, they worked as a Visiting Faculty and Coach. Zaeem Shaukat was also involved in the Social Youth Forum, where they co-founded the organization and served as the Marketing Communications Manager from June 2003 to July 2006.

Zaeem Shaukat Mirza started their education at St. Augustine's High School, where they completed their Grade 10 (SSC) from 1989 to 2001. Zaeem Shaukat then attended Poona College as part of the Scholar Batch, completing their Grade 12 (HSC) in Science (+ Electronics) from 2001 to 2003. Zaeem went on to pursue a Bachelor of Mass Media (BMM) at St. Xavier's College from 2003 to 2006, specializing in Advertising Management. Zaeem Shaukat further enhanced their education by completing a Post Graduation in Advertising Management at Mudra Institute of Communications (MICA) from 2006 to 2007, focusing on Marketing Communications, Advertising, Branding, and Public Relations. In 2011, Zaeem attended INSEAD for a brief period, studying Marketing. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Google AdWords Certified Professional from Google in July 2008, a Diploma in Cyber Law from the Government of India in May 2008, Google Consumer Products Certification from Google in June 2007, and Mass Media Laws And Management from the Government of India in June 2005.
