Nicole Gregory has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nicole currently holds the position of Client Success Team Lead, Migrations/Acquisitions at Reward Gateway since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Xexec starting in 2018, where they held various roles including Enterprise Account Director, Client Success and Account Manager. At Xexec, Nicole built trusted relationships with clients, oversaw new projects, and identified areas of improvement. Before Xexec, they worked at Roman & Sunstone as a National Account Manager & Merchant, and also as a Product Development Specialist. Nicole started their career as a Social Media Marketing Intern at RDA Building Contractors and later worked as a Sales Associate at Finish Line. Their earliest work experience was as a File Clerk/ Receptionist at Tobia and Sorger, LLC.

Nicole Gregory received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and IT from Monmouth University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Harrison High School from 2007 to 2011. Nicole also obtained a certification in Information Technology in 2014.
