Christin Pelgrum

Christin Pelgrum has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Christin is currently serving as the Executive Administrative Partner at Rewiring America since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Operations and Administrative Manager at the same company from 2022 to 2023 and the Executive Assistant to the Leadership Team from 2021 to 2022.

Before joining Rewiring America, Christin worked at various companies where they held the position of Executive Assistant. Christin supported venture partners from different San Francisco Bay Area venture firms, assisted the CEO of a Berkeley-based startup, and contributed to a venture development organization's statewide report about startups in Ohio.

Christin also gained experience as an Executive/Venture Operations Assistant at World Innovation Lab (WiL), a venture capital firm that connects entrepreneurs with corporate resources.

Christin took a break to focus on their family as a mother from 2009 to 2018, and during this time, they also worked as an Adjunct Economics Professor at Ohio University from 2010 to 2016.

Christin had earlier roles at CTO Forum as a Sr. Director of Client Services from 2016 to 2017 and at TechGROWTH Ohio as a Board of Trustees Secretary, Venture Analytics Associate, Investment Committee Secretary, and Data & Media Coordinator from 2011 to 2016.

Christin Pelgrum obtained an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Fund Development from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Applied Economics at Ohio University in 2010. Christin'sundergraduate studies were also completed at Ohio University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Economics and Management Information Systems in 2009.
