Mary Hoang

Mary Hoang is an experienced compensation professional with a strong background in human resources and compensation analysis. Currently serving as Compensation Manager at Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC since March 2023, Mary previously worked as a Compensation Analyst at CBI Health from July 2021 to March 2023, providing support on compensation matters and conducting market analyses. Prior to that role, Mary was a Lead Associate at Willis Towers Watson, where responsibilities included managing compensation survey projects and collaborating on custom compensation projects. Mary's career began as a Human Resources Assistant at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, where customer service and stakeholder orientation were key duties. Earlier, Mary gained retail experience as a Sales Associate and Cashier at The Children's Place. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts from Glendon Campus of York University and an Ontario College Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College.
