Irma Suryaningsih

Irma Suryaningsih has over 12 years of work experience in Human Resources. Irma began their career in 2009 as a Client Relationship Officer & HR GA Staff at RimbunJob Agency. In 2012, they moved to PT. Skyworx Indonesia as a Human Resources Staff. In 2014, they held two roles simultaneously, Recruitment Consultant at FIRSTASIA CONSULTANTS and Career Advisor at PT Reeracoen Indonesia. In 2017, they became a Human Resources Manager at ADVANCE.AI and in 2018, they were promoted to HR & People Operations Manager at Wahyoo. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager at Prixa.ai, and in 2022, they became the Head of HR at Rey.id.

Irma Suryaningsih obtained a Bachelor Degree in French Language and Literature from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia in 2009. In the same year, they also obtained the Diplôme d'études en Langue Française (DELF) B1 certification.
