Juliana Amorim

Juliana Amorim has a strong background in Human Resources, with experience in various companies such as R/GA, Fbiz, and Nike do Brasil. Juliana has held positions such as HR Director, Culture & People Director, and HR Manager. Currently, Juliana serves as a Talent Director at R/GA. Juliana also has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Universidade Ibirapuera and has incomplete Bachelor degrees in Psychology and International Relations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Throughout their career, Juliana has shown a dedication to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, as seen in their roles as President and Vice President of the DE&I Committee at IAB Brasil.
