Jen Scharff has a strong background in marketing and communications. Jen is currently serving as the SVP of Global Marketing & Communications at RGP since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the SVP of Global Head of Marketing at LHH from January 2021 to May 2022.

Jen Scharff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The Catholic University of America. Jen further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Science degree in International Marketing from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph's University. Jen has also participated in various executive education programs, including Digital Marketing & Social Media strategies at NYU Stern School of Business in 2017, Digital Marketing Strategies at The Wharton School in 2016, and The Customer Focused Organization: Leading Transformation at Kellogg Executive Education in 2018. In 2011, they completed the Hay Group Making Great Leaders Program in Brussels for leadership development. In 2013 and 2014, Jen engaged in leadership development through Leadership Philadelphia. Currently, they are enrolled in the Global Leadership Program at Harvard Business School, expected to complete in 2022.
