Oliwia Baginska

Oliwia Baginska has a diverse work experience that includes roles in project management, web design, brand management, artist scouting, festival administration, and event coordination. Their most recent position was as a Lead Project Manager at Rhapsody, where they had previously worked as a Project Manager. Before joining Rhapsody, they worked as a Web Designer at their own company, Oliwia Baginska Design. Prior to that, they served as a Brand Manager at DOKI Design and as an Artists Scout at SKT Gallery. Oliwia also has experience in festival administration, having worked as a Festival Administrator at Cultural eXchanges Festival. Additionally, they worked as an Event Coordinator at Curve Theatre and Leicester Comedy Festival.

Oliwia Baginska graduated from De Montfort University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Arts and Festivals Management. Oliwia then pursued a Higher National Diploma in Interior Design at Akademia Sztuk Pięknych w Warszawie from 2021 to 2022. In addition to their degrees, Oliwia obtained certifications in Kierownik Projektów IT from Szkoła biznesu Laba in 2023, Digital Designer from Design Practice in 2022, and Diploma in Interior Design from Akademia Sztuk Pięknych w Warszawie in 2022.
