Engineering Lead at Rhino Health

Tal Einat has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Currently, Tal is the Engineering Lead at Rhino Health since February 2021. Prior to this, Tal co-founded FullProof (EdTech) in October 2018 and served as a Co-Founder until May 2020.

From 2014 to 2017, Tal worked at Compedia, starting as the Head of AR and VR R&D from March 2014 to July 2016. In this role, Tal built the Virtual and Augmented Reality R&D group and successfully developed EdTech projects for various markets. From July 2016 to April 2017, Tal served as the VP R&D, managing a team of 25 software developers and QA engineers, overseeing technical development and contributing to each project.

Before joining Compedia, Tal worked at Mintigo from 2009 to 2013. Initially, Tal was a member of the software R&D team and contributed to the development of Big Data-based lead generation systems. Later, Tal became a Software R&D Team Leader, leading a team within the company.

In 2008, Tal co-founded Cognicious and served as the CTO. Tal single-handedly developed the company's first product, managing all aspects of its development and successfully launching it.

From 2006 to 2008, Tal worked at Flash Networks, primarily involved in algorithm and technology research projects. Tal also developed a unique semi-automatic device capabilities testing platform during this time.

Tal's career started in 2002 with a military service in Israel Defense Forces (IDF), specifically in the Intelligence Corps. In this role, Tal conducted algorithm R&D, researched and implemented advanced mathematical algorithms, developed mathematical software, and performed parallel-processing software development.

Overall, Tal Einat has a strong background in software development, R&D management, and entrepreneurship in the EdTech and technology sectors.

Tal Einat pursued their education in the field of Mathematics and Physics. Tal completed a B.Sc. degree in Mathematics and Physics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2006 and 2007. Later, they continued their studies at Tel Aviv University, where they earned another B.Sc. degree in Mathematics and Physics from 2009 to 2012.
