Kathleen Candando

Kathleen Candando, PhD, is an accomplished regulatory strategy professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Associate Director of Regulatory Strategy at Rho since March 2023, Kathleen previously held roles at Precision BioSciences, Inc. from August 2020 to March 2023 as Regulatory Affairs Manager and Regulatory Affairs Associate III. Kathleen started at Rho in April 2017 as a Regulatory Scientist and Integrated Product Development Associate. Prior experience includes a Post-doctoral Research Associate position at Duke University Health System and a Graduate Research Associate role at Duke University Graduate School, culminating in a Ph.D. in Immunology from Duke University. Kathleen also holds a B.S. in Molecular Biology from Juniata College.
