Luis Novoa

Luis Novoa is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in project leadership and full-stack development, currently serving as a Project Leader and Full Stack Developer at ANSES since 2009. With a history of working on diverse technologies, including Java, .NET, React JS, Angular, and mobile application development, Luis has successfully managed teams and projects both locally and internationally. Prior to ANSES, Luis held various roles at organizations such as RH+Tecnología, Origenes AFJP, and Toyota, where responsibilities included functional analysis, system design, and project oversight. Luis holds an Engineer's degree in Management Information Systems from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
