Sandra Thelander Svensson

Sandra Thelander Svensson has worked in various roles throughout their career. Sandra started in 2010 as a Purchasing Coordinator at Venue Retail Group AB, where they provided administrative assistance and managed the purchase cycle. In 2012, they worked as a Store Sales Representative at Stadium, focusing on personal sales and customer service. From 2013 to 2015, Sandra served as an Assistant Manager at Mitsubishi Electric Cooling & Heating, supporting the CEO with administrative tasks and coordinating the budget process.

In 2016, Sandra joined Mercuri Urval as a Project Coordinator, assisting recruiters with recruitment projects and managing internal events. Sandra then transitioned to MODEVERKET as a Recruitment Coordinator, where they coordinated end-to-end recruitment processes, arranged client meetings and candidate interviews, and managed ads and social media.

Returning to Mercuri Urval in 2018, Sandra took on the role of Delivery Lead Consultant, providing top-quality delivery to clients through full-cycle recruitment and executive search. Sandra then joined Panagora in 2019 as a Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for talent acquisition and employer branding, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and improving assessments. Currently, Sandra is Head of Talent at Rhyme Sthlm, where they support their talents by overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and commercial consultant management.

Throughout their career, Sandra has gained experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, employer branding, consultancy, and executive search, with a focus on industries such as fashion, sport, and e-commerce.

Sandra Thelander Svensson pursued their education from 2003 to 2006 at Furulundsskolan, where they completed their Secondary Education. In 2008, they attended the Nordic Business Institute for two years, graduating with a degree in Supply Chain Management. In 2013, Sandra studied Interior Design at Medborgarskolan for one year. Furthermore, in 2015, they had the opportunity to study abroad at Universitas Udayana, focusing on Marketing, Tourism, Entrepreneurship, and Business Communication for a brief period.
