Lisa Cortina

Lisa Cortina, RN has extensive work experience in procurement and healthcare. Lisa has held various roles in the field, including Senior Director of Procurement at Rhythm Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Senior Procurement Consultant in a consulting role. Lisa has also worked as the Head of Procurement at Esperion - The Lipid Management Company, providing strategic leadership and operational support in sourcing needs. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director and Head of Procurement at Axovant Gene Therapies, Inc. and Director of Clinical Supply Vendor Management at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Lisa also has experience in project management and global sourcing lead roles at Molecular NeuroImaging, LLC and Boehringer Ingelheim. Additionally, they have worked at Pfizer in supply chain management and clinical operations as well as in a role focused on developing and implementing operational planning activities. Lisa began their career as a nurse at Nursing & Home Care in Wilton, CT.

Lisa Cortina, RN obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Pace University from 1990 to 1992. Lisa also holds a Master's degree in International Public Health/International Health from Walden University. Lisa has additional certifications as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut, which they obtained in January 2020, and in the State of New York, which they obtained in January 1992.
