Nicole Bloom is currently the Head of User Experience at Ribble Cycles, a market-leading brand and international ecommerce retailer. Previously, Nicole worked as a Senior Optimisation Strategist at PRWD and held various roles at ao.com and Antler Luggage Ltd. Nicole specializes in AB and Multivariate testing, conversion optimization, user research, web analytics, and more. Nicole holds a First Class Honours degree in Fine Art from the University of Central Lancashire.
