Adolphe MBONJO ZEDE is an experienced telecommunications professional with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Adolphe began their career as an IT and Telecoms Support Engineer intern at ASECNA, where they gained experience in network optimization and help desk support. Adolphe then moved on to Viettel Telecom, where they served as the Core Network Team Manager, leading a team and working with networks such as ATCA, MSS, MGW, HLR, ONE NDS, NEBR, NETACT, SBC SONUS. Adolphe also developed knowledge in M3UA, SCTP, and SCCP.

Following their time at Viettel Telecom, Adolphe joined Orange as a Core Network Planner, where they were responsible for planning, designing, and strategizing the network architecture. Adolphe then worked at Penta Consulting as a Core Network Consultant, specializing in planning, integration, and support for NSN networks.

Adolphe later joined ACAExpertise - Plateforme as a Telecommunications Consultant, providing expertise in the telecommunications field. Adolphe then worked at Bexprt as a Senior Consultant, supporting customer service and projects and providing sales and technical expertise.

Most recently, Adolphe was employed at Ribbon Communications. Adolphe held various positions, including Systems Engineering Sr. Specialist Centre of Excellence - C&E, where they provided technical support, developed an understanding of the Ribbon portfolio, and presented product presentations to customers. Adolphe also served as a Pre-Sales Consultant, managing trials, proof-of-concepts, labs, and project follow-up for different regions, including Continental Europe and EMEA.

Throughout their career, Adolphe has demonstrated a strong ability to work with customers, manage projects, and provide technical support. Adolphe'sroles have included responsibilities such as network integration, customer interface, and overseeing operations and maintenance. Adolphe is skilled in network architecture, planning, and design, as well as risk management and network performance optimization.

Adolphe Mbonjo Zede, SSGB, began their education journey in 2008 at Ecole Nationale Supérieure Polytechnique de Douala, where they pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Telecommunications Engineering. Adolphe completed their studies in 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Adolphe has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These include the IELTS Academic 6.5 certification from the British Council in June 2022 and various certifications from Ribbon Communications, such as the SBC Core Support Class, SBC Core Support Professional, SBC Edge Implementation & Support Professional Certification, and SBC SWe Lite and TEAMS Direct Routing Implementation Certification, all obtained in January 2022.

Further certifications obtained by Adolphe include "Gérer sa carrière" from LinkedIn in April 2020 and "Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 1 Cloud Concepts" from LinkedIn in April 2020. Adolphe also holds certifications in Ribbon Protect Operational Basics and Ribbon Protect Sales Professional from Ribbon Communications, earned in July 2019 and June 2019 respectively.

Adolphe has additional certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt and Six Sigma Yellow Belt from VMEdu Inc. in November 2018 and September 2018 respectively. Adolphe also holds a certification in Six Sigma Green Belt from LinkedIn in November 2018.

Furthermore, Adolphe holds certifications in various subjects such as 4G LTE, managing small projects, project management, and teamwork fundamentals from reputable institutions like Institut Mines-Télécom, Lynda.com, and EXFO, all earned between 2014 and 2016. Adolphe also holds certifications in NT HLR 6.0 Mobile Subscriber Provisioning and Administration from Nokia Networks in October 2014 and SBC - SONUS - Administration and management training from Sonus in October 2014.
