Chadi Wansa has a varied work experience spanning over two decades. Chadi began their career as a Web Administrator and Programmer at HRDC in Ottawa, ON in 1997, where they converted an intranet site and designed a database search engine. Chadi then joined Nortel Networks as a Network Solutions Planner in 1998, where they played a significant role in building and architecting various telecom carrier networks, developing long-term business case models, and participating in contract negotiations.

In 1999, Chadi worked as an Embedded Software Engineer at Zhone Technologies, where they designed and implemented a Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) module and developed real-time embedded programming software. Chadi then transitioned to Ribbon Communications in 2000, serving as a Senior Software Engineer and later as a Project Manager Scrum Master. In these roles, they led a team of engineers, designed and implemented various management modules and systems, and acted as the product owner and main architect.

In 2008, Chadi founded their own company, Wannex Communications, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer until 2011. As the CEO, they worked closely with sales and engineering teams to improve communication and product offerings, secured key business partners, and established important relationships for business growth.

Throughout their career, Chadi Wansa has demonstrated technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong business acumen.

Chadi Wansa completed a Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Ottawa from 1995 to 2000. Additionally, they pursued a co-operative education program in Computer Engineering at the same university, although the specific duration is unknown.
