Mark Johnson

Software Architect at Ribbon Communications

Mark Johnson has over 20 years of experience in software engineering and architecture. Mark is currently working as a Software Architect at Ribbon Communications since 2016. Prior to that, they were a Principal Software Engineer at Skillsoft from 2006 to 2016, where they were responsible for the architecture and design of the UI for a leading E-learning portal used by Fortune 500 companies. Before that, Mark worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Watercove Networks from 2000 to 2006, where they led the technical team for a J2EE-based network management system. Mark also worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent from 1998 to 2000, developing a Java/CORBA based network management application. Mark began their career as a Senior Engineer at Workstation Solutions from 1993 to 1996 and then as a Member of Technical Staff at HP from 1996 to 1998.

Mark Johnson has obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maine.
