Maxime Naciri has extensive work experience in various industries, primarily in business development and sales roles.

Starting in 1996, they worked as an Area Sales Manager at Gensym, where they managed direct sales and developed strategic partnerships in sectors such as food, telecommunications, and aerospace.

In 1997, they became a Strategic Account Manager at WINCAP, responsible for selling software products and services to major accounts in the banking and industrial sectors.

From 1998 to 1999, Naciri served as a Sales Manager at Platinum Technology, managing direct sales in the services and transportation markets. During their time there, they secured a significant deal for the System Administration Division.

From 1999 to 2002, they worked as a Channel Manager at IBM.

In 2002, Naciri joined VALUE CARE PARTNERS as a Business Development Manager. Maxime defined business and marketing strategies, managed sales teams, and conducted competitive positioning for the company, which provided business development services and product management consultancy.

Maxime then joined ILOG in 2005 as an International Sales Manager, responsible for developing direct sales in the EMEA region and managing major accounts such as France Telecom/Orange and TeliaSonera.

In 2012, Naciri became a Client Executive at IBM, where they managed the business development and sales activities for the IBM Orange integrated World Wide team, particularly focusing on the Orange Business Services (B2B) relationship.

Maxime subsequently worked at Siemens as a Business Development Manager for Siemens Convergence Creators, managing international requests for proposal and developing relationships with major French players in transportation, aeronautics, and space industries.

From 2016 to 2019, Naciri worked at Softtek as a Business Development Manager, where they launched the Industrial Internet of Things offering, managed the global business relationship with GE Digital in France, and developed the Softtek brand in energy, transportation, and manufacturing industries.

Most recently, since 2019, they have been employed as a Sales Director for France at Ribbon Communications.

Maxime Naciri has a Master's degree in Computer Science from ISAE-SUPAERO. Additionally, they have an Engineer's degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General, also from ISAE-SUPAERO. Along with their formal education, Maxime has obtained several certifications. In 1993, they obtained a certification in Persuasive Sales from Verilog. In 1999, they obtained a certification in Solution Selling from IBM. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Revenue Storming from Revenue Storm.
