Noor Alam

Noor Alam has work experience in the field of network support and engineering. Noor worked as a Network Support Engineer at Ribbon Communications from June 2019 to the present. In this role, they were responsible for providing technical support for ECI optical and Data equipment, monitoring and maintaining WAN and IP networks.

Prior to their role at Ribbon Communications, Noor worked as a Field Engineer at Escalates Tech India Pvt. Ltd. from July 2017 to June 2019. In this position, they were involved in the installation and commissioning of ECI products, ring patching and testing, installation of servers and commissioning, card migration, link migration, node addition, node insertion, and OTDR testing.

Noor Alam attended SHAMBHUNATH INSTITUTE OF ENGG AND TECHNOLOGY in Allahabad from 2010 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, earning a Bachelor of Technology - BTech.
