Ondrej Jelinek has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and engineering. Ondrej started their career at Telefónica Czech Republic, where they gained experience in technical support and service assurance for fixed services. Ondrej then moved on to Sonus Networks, where they worked as a Technical Support Engineer and later as a Senior Technical Support Engineer & Shift Leader, providing support for Session Border Controllers, Media Gateways, and Policy and Management Servers. Currently, Ondrej is working at Ribbon Communications as the Manager of Technical Support Engineering for the RTS EMEA department. In this role, they are responsible for providing support to tier 1 service providers and enterprise customers worldwide, assisting them with configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of call processing production systems. Ondrej possesses strong planning, organization, and team-building skills.
Ondrej Jelinek attended SPŠST Panská 3 in Prague 1 from 2004 to 2008, where they completed their high school education. During this time, they focused on the field of study in digital telecommunication systems. In June 2013, they obtained the CCENT certification, specifically in "Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices 1 (ICND1 2.0)" from Pearson Vue institution.
