Richard Klaudt

Richard Klaudt has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Richard currently works for Ribbon Communications as a Global Customer Trials Manager since March 2017. Before that, they worked for GENBAND as a Sprint Network Development and Support Manager from May 2010 to March 2017.

Prior to that, they were associated with Nortel Networks for a significant period. From August 2004 to March 2010, Richard served as the Sprint Technology Integration Center Support Lead Engineer. Before that, from May 2001 to August 2004, they held the position of Nortel Networks R&D, 3rd Party Software Interop Lead.

In the early years of their career, Richard was employed at Nortel-DASA (Daimler Aerospace) as the Customer Development Lab Manager from February 1997 to April 2001. Richard started their career at Nortel Networks as a Software Development Automation Test Engineer from September 1994 to January 1997.

Richard's work experience also includes a stint at Bell Northern Research as an R&D Software Verification Engineer from January 1991 to March 1994. Richard worked as a Data and Voice Communication Networks Technician at Marion Laboratories from January 1988 to December 1990 and as an Electrical Design Drafting Technician at Fischbach & Moore Electric Group, LLC. from January 1986 to December 1987. Throughout their career, Richard has demonstrated expertise in software development, quality assurance, automation platform design, and testing.

Richard Klaudt obtained their Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, completing their education between 1985 and 1990. In addition, they obtained a certification in Agile Software Development from LinkedIn in August 2018.
