Savithri Jose

Savithri Jose has a diverse work experience in various roles in the field of human resources. Savithri currently works as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Ribbon Communications since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions from 2017 to 2020 as a Human Resources Project Manager, where they were responsible for organizational design, planning, and compensation. Savithri also managed teams and handled HR initiatives. Before that, they worked at HP from 2013 to 2017 as a Senior Human Resources Associate, where they led compensation and benefits, handled organizational development, and managed performance reviews. Savithri started their career at Tech Mahindra (formerly Mahindra Satyam) in 2009, where they served as a Business Associate and later as a Senior Business Associate Human Resources. In these roles, they focused on recruitment, HR business partnering, talent management, and process improvement. Savithri also gained experience as a Human Resources Executive at Agogzen India Pvt Ltd, where they contributed to multiple start-ups and was involved in various HR functions such as hiring, business partnering, coaching, and learning & development.

Savithri Jose obtained a Masters in Business Administration degree in Marketing and Human Resources from Madurai Kamaraj University between 2003 and 2005. Savithri also holds additional certifications, including CHRBP from Middle Earth HR obtained in May 2022, and Certified Professional - Human Resource from PeopleMatters obtained in March 2018.
