Vivek Kumar

Vivek Kumar has extensive work experience in software engineering and network management systems. Vivek worked at Ribbon Communications as a Software Engineering Lead Analyst since 2023, where they are involved in developing new features in the L2VPN Dynamic Service module of the Muse Network Controller. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineering Senior Technical Analyst at the same company, contributing to the development of the Muse SDN product.

Before joining Ribbon Communications, Vivek worked at Wipro as a Senior Project Engineer, where they worked on various features of the NFMT NMS product for Nokia client, including Fault Management, Node Management, Equipment Management, and Connection Management. Vivek was responsible for documenting design and test plans as part of their development activities.

Vivek's earlier experience includes working at Ribbon Communications as a Software Engineer on the LightSoft NMS product. Here, they gained knowledge in Network Management Systems (NMS) and Element Management Systems (EMS), and they were involved in developing new features for the NMS product.

Throughout their career, Vivek demonstrated proficiency in software engineering, network management, and developing innovative features in various products.

Vivek Kumar earned their Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from Shri Shankaracharya Technical Campus Bhilai, from 2012 to 2016.
