Scott Falk

Vice President - Fulfillment at RICCA CHEMICAL COMPANY

Scott Falk has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Scott began their career as a Senior Buyer at Bosch Braking Systems, where they achieved cost reductions through negotiations and technical projects. Scott then moved to Johnson Controls, where they managed the spend for Lighting, Switch, and Sensor commodities and initiated the development of global strategies. Scott also worked as an Advanced Purchasing professional, facilitating supplier engagement in new product development projects.

At Siemens, Scott held roles as a Commodity Manager and Procurement Manager, leading strategic and tactical activities for various commodity groups and driving cost reductions. Scott was responsible for cross-divisional pooling activities and achieved savings on current programs.

Scott then joined Overhead Door Corporation as a Corporate Commodity Manager, where they led glass and plastics value engineering activities and oversaw project teams. Scott provided regular updates on the progress of the value engineering/synergy teams to the Vice President of Supply Chain.

Moving on to Eaton, Scott served as a Global Commodity Manager for Vehicle Group Electrical and Electronic commodities. Scott developed and obtained executive buy-in for commodity strategies.

At Fritz Industries, Scott held the position of Senior Manager, Global Supply Chain. Scott led global supply chain efforts, including purchasing, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and demand planning. Scott was also responsible for global strategy development and import operations.

Scott then served as the Vice President of Fulfillment at RICCA CHEMICAL COMPANY, overseeing fulfillment operations.

Currently, Scott is working at Optimum SC LLC as the Managing Director.

Most recently, Scott joined PACCAR as the Director of Purchasing. In this role, they have executive responsibility for various components and assemblies, providing strategic purchasing support to PACCAR Corporate, Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Dynacraft. Scott has achieved exceptional performance against cost reduction and supplier performance metrics.

Scott Falk earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Central Michigan University in 1989. Their major was Production/Operations Management, with additional focus on Accounting and Information Systems.
