Jake Nolin, MBA, SPHR, CMT has extensive experience in human resources and organizational effectiveness roles. Jake started their career at Newell Rubbermaid, where they successfully turned around a struggling division and was promoted to a higher role. Jake then joined GKN Armstrong Wheels, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources, where they implemented HR systems and processes that became global best practices. After that, they worked at CDI Midwest, LLC as a Managing Director, providing culture optimization solutions and improving competitive position for middle-market companies. Jake then joined EnerCrest, Inc. as the Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing the transformation of the organization and creating strategies for rapid growth. Currently, Nolin serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Rice Lake Weighing Systems, where they provide HR leadership, optimizes company culture, and facilitates training sessions. Overall, Nolin has a diverse range of experience in HR, leadership development, change management, and process improvement.

Jake Nolin holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Miami's Graduate School of Business, which they earned from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Northern Illinois University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from 1990 to 1992.

In addition to their degrees, Jake has obtained several certifications. In 1998, they earned the designation of Master Trainer for Investment In Excellence from The Pacific Institute. A year later, in 1999, they became a Certified Master Trainer for Mission Directed Work Teams through Competitive Dynamics International. Most recently, in 2011, they obtained the title of Master Trainer for Thought Patterns for High Performance, also from The Pacific Institute. Furthermore, they hold the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute, although it is not currently active.
