Jeff Randolph

Jeff Randolph has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate and construction industry. Jeff is currently the Executive Vice President of Operations at Richmond American Homes, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a California Real Estate Broker at Pacific Crest Brokers starting from March 2018.

Before joining Pacific Crest Brokers, Randolph served as the President and CEO of Pacific Crest Builders Inc. from 2008 to 2021. During their tenure, the company focused on incorporating sustainable and green building methods in their projects, emphasizing quality, value, and durability.

From 2007 to 2008, Randolph served as the Division President of Mosaic Homebuilding at SunCal Companies. Jeff directed all aspects of the entity and led the implementation of a Green Building initiative to promote sustainability in homebuilding and land development.

Prior to SunCal Companies, Randolph worked at Centex Homes from 2000 to 2007. Jeff held the positions of Regional Vice President Construction Services and Vice President Operations. In these roles, they focused on operational efficiency, standardization of plans and specifications, and managing all homebuilding operations activities.

Randolph began their career at Hal Porter Homes in 1989 as the Vice President of Operations. Jeff had primary responsibility for contract administration, purchasing, land development, design studio, customer care, and construction operations. During their tenure, they successfully grew the organization's volume, oversaw the grand opening of new model complexes, and played a crucial role in settling construction defect litigation.

Jeff Randolph attended Arizona State University from 1985 to 1989 and graduated from Moon Valley High School in 1985. In addition to their education, they obtained a California Real Estate Broker certification from the California Department of Real Estate in March 2017 and a General Contractor License (California 768138) from the Contractors State License Board in January 2008.
