Ty Pendergraft

Ty Pendergraft is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in land acquisition and development. Currently serving as Vice President of Land Acquisition at Richmond American Homes since November 2023, Ty has a long-standing role as President of Pendergraft Development since April 2005, focusing on residential development, acquisition, disposition, and consulting. Previous experience includes working as a Commercial Broker and Land Specialist at Pendergraft & Associates from October 2014 to November 2023, where Ty specialized in complex land use transactions. Additionally, Ty held the position of Senior Vice President at Conner Homes, specializing in residential land development, from October 2020 to May 2022. Ty holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Washington and has furthered education at the Universidad de Sevilla.
