Holly Haire

Holly Haire's work experience includes serving as Deputy Health Director at Richmond County since May 2021 and Director of Environmental and General Services at Richmond County since January 2017. Prior to working at Richmond County, they were the Environmental Health Director/Preparedness Coordinator at Richmond County Health Dept since August 1996.

Holly Haire completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Francis Marion University, where they attended from 1992 to 1995. Holly then pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a field of study in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke from 2015 to 2017.
