Emma Rixmann, LCSW, CFSW is a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker currently serving as the Owner of OLIVE BRANCH BEHAVIORAL HEALTH LLC and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Richmond Creative Counseling, LLC, since October 2021. With extensive experience in clinical supervision, Emma has provided remote-based supervision for social workers throughout Virginia. Previous roles include Resident Supervisor at Thriveworks, Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Hospice Community Care, and Care Services Manager at The ALS Association - DC/MD/VA Chapter, among others. Emma holds a Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
