Lisa Westphal Mfia

Lisa Westphal (Venn) MFIA currently serves as the Bequest & Philanthropy Manager at Richmond Football Club since January 2022. Prior to this role, Lisa was the Philanthropy Manager at Lort Smith, focusing on major gifts, bequests, and capital campaigns from July 2018 to December 2021. Lisa has extensive experience in donor relations, having worked at the National Heart Foundation of Australia as the Bequests & Major Gifts - Donor Relationship Manager and at Cancer Council Victoria as the Fundraising Program Manager. The Cancer Council program that Lisa managed raised over $6 million annually and involved a team of 26 staff and nearly 1,000 volunteers. Additional career experience includes roles at Alexander Appointments and Hugo Personnel, as well as a placement consultant for international students at Monash Professional Pathways and various positions at Inter Staffing Services. Lisa holds a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment from Plenty Training.
