Mark Anthony Sipoy has worked in various customer service roles since 2008. Mark Anthony started out as a Team Leader at Sitel and then moved on to Transcom and Convergys in the same role. In 2016, they became a Team Manager at Alorica Philippines, Inc. and then in 2018 they became an Email Support Manager at Trafilea | Shapermint. In 2020, they took up the role of Head Of Customer Service at DotZero Pte and continues to hold the same role at Richpanel since 2021.
Mark Anthony Sipoy attended the Polytechnic University of the Philippines from 2002 to 2008, studying Industrial Engineering.
