Ali Mahmoud

Ali Mahmoud has diverse work experience in the venture capital and technology industries. Ali currently holds a position as a Principal at Glasswing Ventures, where they previously served as a Senior Associate and Associate. In addition, they are a Board Observer for several companies, including FeatureByte, Verusen, Labviva, CloudTruth, Plannuh, Zylotech. Ali also has experience as an Investor at Morpheus Ventures and Lightbank, where they were responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities. Prior to their venture capital roles, Ali worked at SixPlus in various capacities, including Head of Business Development and City Manager.

Ali Mahmoud has a BBA in Accounting & Information Technology from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. Ali also has a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In addition, they are a certified Public Accountant (CPA) obtained from the Massachusetts Board of Public Accountancy in 2014. Ali has also passed the 2014 CFA Level I Exam from the CFA Institute.
