Kirsty Gould

Kirsty Gould has extensive work experience in various roles. Kirsty currently serves as the Head of Assessment Delivery UKI at RICS and is also a Mental Health First Aider. In their previous role, they were the Head of Assessment Delivery for UK & Ireland. Prior to that, Kirsty served as the Global Assessment Operations Manager at RICS, where they managed the digital delivery of assessments and implemented process efficiencies. Kirsty also worked as a Business Improvement Lead, focusing on continuous service improvement and customer feedback. Kirsty began their career at RICS as the Graduate & Associate Assessment Team Manager, responsible for the UK APC graduate assessment process. Before joining RICS, they worked as a Junior Secretary at Harrison Beale & Owen and as a Typist at Kalmar UK Ltd.

Kirsty Gould attended Southam College from 1986 to 1990, and Southam High School during the same period.
