Dion Matthews

Dion Matthews is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Property Accountant at the Regional Industrial Development Corporation since June 2023, Dion previously held positions as a Staff Accountant at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh and Community LIFE. Key responsibilities have included general ledger analysis, month-end closing, financial reporting, and accounts receivable management. Additional experience includes project accounting at Chester Engineers, Inc., customer service and account management at Value City Furniture, and participation in a mock IRS criminal investigation program. Dion holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus.
