Terry Lepola

Terry Lepola is an accomplished finance professional with over three decades of experience in accounting and finance roles. Currently serving as the Assistant Controller at Riddell since February 2012, Terry has managed various inventory responsibilities, including leading the physical inventory process. Prior to this, Terry spent nearly 22 years at Axim Concrete Technologies, holding multiple senior-level positions such as Controller and Administrative Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing finance and accounting functions across multi-site operations in the US and Canada. Terry's background also encompasses significant achievements in implementing financial and operational controls that enhance profitability and cash flow. Terry holds an Executive MBA from Baldwin Wallace University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Akron.
