People Operations Generalist at Ridecell

Morgan Rogers began their career in 2013 working as an Outside Services employee for Kemper Sports. In this role, they were responsible for making a great first and last impression with the golf members and guests, and worked closely with the Pro Shop to ensure that all players got onto the golf course. In 2016, Morgan moved to Low Voltage Integrated Systems where they worked as an Industrial Fire Alarm Installation employee. Here, they assisted in the testing of current fire alarm systems located in schools and office buildings to ensure compliance. In 2017, Morgan joined Ridecell as a Recruiting Intern/ Temporary Office Manager, responsible for the ordering of necessary office supplies, groceries and food catering, as well as scheduling of any required office repairs or upgrades. In 2018, Morgan was promoted to People Operations Generalist, acting as a people representative for the SF office and providing ad-hoc support on all HR-related questions from the US team. Morgan was also responsible for making sure policies and processes were aligned with the company's values, vision, and culture. Finally, Morgan was promoted to People Operations Coordinator in the same year.

Morgan Rogers attended San Marcos High School from 2011 to 2015 and obtained a High School degree. Morgan then attended Sonoma State University from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Management in Business Administration and Management, General. In March 2022, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI.
