Cesar Paez

Cesar Paez has extensive experience in sales and management roles. Cesar worked as Regional Sales Director for Ridge Security Technology Inc. starting in 2023, and before that, as Commercial Director for CLM from May 2022 to February 2023. Cesar previously worked as Commercial Manager at Soluciones Ecomil from March 2020 to April 2022, where they were responsible for structuring and developing the commercial area and managing the ipv6 projects. Cesar also worked as Sales Manager at Apasiona-T S.A.S. and as Executive Advisory at Bogota Business Leadership from August 2018 to November 2019. Cesar was a Sales Director at Digito57 from February to July 2018. Cesar worked for BlackBerry from 2010 to 2017, starting as an Enterprise Sales Consultant and advancing to Enterprise Sales Manager. Cesar Paez attended GIMNASIO METROPOLITANO from 1985 to 1990, where they obtained a High School degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. Cesar then attended Fundación Universitaria San Martín from 1999 to 2006 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various qualifications throughout their career, including Social Selling from Apasiona-T S.A.S. in 2019 and SFPC - SCRUM FOUNDATION PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE from CertiProf in 2020. Cesar also obtained certifications in areas such as delegation, leadership, motivation, and communication from various institutions throughout the years.
