Ritesh Mastipuram serves as the Managing Director of Ridhira Living Pvt. Ltd., where the vision is to develop wellness-themed resort living communities across India. Additionally, Ritesh holds the position of Chairman at Ridhira Retreat and has founded O2 Spa, Asia's largest wellness company with numerous wellness centers in prime locations. Ritesh is actively involved with various organizations, including YPO and the Entrepreneurs' Organization, and serves as a director for AdOnMo and Global Edge Schools. Ritesh has also held the role of Managing Director at Paradise Restaurants in the USA and has experience as an Independent Director at 3F Oil Palm and a Senior Applications Manager at Cypress Semiconductor. Ritesh's educational background includes studies at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Wright State University.
