Sts-C Jennifer Welch Cesswi

Jennifer Welch, STS-C, CESSWI, is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving at Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc. since November 2018, Jennifer has held positions as both project manager and project engineer. Prior roles include assistant project manager at Superior Construction and procurement/project engineer at Walsh-Vinci Construction JV, with earlier experience as a project engineer at Walsh Construction. Jennifer began a professional journey at Messer Construction Co. as an engineering intern across multiple summers. A graduate of Purdue University, Jennifer holds a degree in Construction Engineering and Construction Engineering Management. Expertise includes document control, managing RFIs and submittals, preparing monthly reports, updating logs, maintaining contract drawings, and overseeing equipment and preventative maintenance management.
