Luke Moss has a solid background in recruitment and talent management, with experience in various industries such as fashion, cannabis access, real estate, and more. At his current role as Head of People at Right Formula, Luke oversees the entire People division, managing talent acquisition, retention, HR queries, and more. With previous experience as a Talent Manager at Talent Heroes and LYPHE GROUP, Luke has a strong focus on attracting and hiring staff, as well as improving retention rates. Luke's expertise in recruitment also extends to his roles at Carter Murray and Michael Page, where he specialized in marketing and communications recruitment. Luke holds a 2:1 degree in Music Systems Engineering from the University of the West of England.
