Serena Chaiban

Serena Chaiban is currently the Research and Insights Director at Right Formula, where she is responsible for building and growing the research department. Prior to this role, she worked at Ipsos MORI as a Hub Lead/Senior Research Executive managing a cluster of 13 markets. She also has experience as a Research Manager and Commercial Leader in Social Intelligence Analytics at Ipsos, where she successfully integrated a new offering and commercialized it. Serena has a Master of Science in Management from City, University of London and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Decision Sciences from the American University of Beirut.
