Jonathan Hansingo

Jonathan Hansingo has worked for multiple companies in various roles. Jonathan started their career as a Data Entry Intern at the Examinations Council of Zambia in 2016. Jonathan then worked as a Data Entry Clerk, Data Entry Temporal, and Field Data Collector at the same company in subsequent years. In 2018, they joined Dev Tech Systems Inc. as an Assessor for the USAID/Zambia Education Data Activity. Jonathan later served as a Research Assistant Intern at the Examinations Council of Zambia. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Research Assistant at Impact Managers Ltd. Jonathan then joined the University of Zambia as a Tutor in 2019. In 2020, they worked as a Data Entry Clerk in the Research and Test Development Department at the Examinations Council. That same year, they also worked as a Temporary Data Capturer Volunteer at Right to Care - Equip Zambia. Their most recent position is as a Data Capturer at Right to Care, where they are responsible for updating district data dashboards, compiling graphs, and assisting with data validation and cleaning.

Jonathan Hansingo completed a Professional Diploma in Programme Planning & Monitoring & Evaluation in 2023 from Mulungushi University. Prior to that, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from The University of Zambia in 2020. In 2017, they graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with Education degree, majoring in Religious Studies and History, from The University of Zambia. Jonathan also holds additional certifications, including the John C. Maxwell Leadership Gold certification from Success Practitioners, obtained in April 2023, and the Project Cycle Management certification from Keno Institute of Training & Research, obtained in March 2023. Jonathan has further certifications related to HIV/AIDS Management, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning, Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Psychosocial Counseling, and Diplomatic Practice, Protocol, and Public Relations. Jonathan received a Certificate of Membership from the Zambia Monitoring and Evaluation Association in August 2020 and underwent Leadership Development for Trade Policy and Development training in August 2019.
