Research Associate at RIGHT TO CARE

Tafadzwa Pasipamire has a diverse range of work experience. In 2018, they worked as a Researcher at the Clinical HIV Research Unit and as a Research Associate at Right to Care. Prior to this, in 2017, they were a Research Associate at The Center for Health Policy. Tafadzwa gained experience as an Intern at Piet Retief Hospital from 2016 to 2017, and also worked as a Project Manager at Heath Mining Resources during the same period. Additionally, they had a brief marketing role at Standard Bank Joy Of Jazz in 2015 and completed an internship at Project HOPE UK in 2014.

Tafadzwa Pasipamire completed their Master in Epidemiology at the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Health Management from Monash South Africa in 2015 and 2016. Their undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Public Health with a field of study in Health Science, also from Monash South Africa, which was completed from 2012 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Tafadzwa Pasipamire has obtained several certifications. These include certifications in Excel, Task Delegation, Enhancing your productivity, Communication Foundations, Note-Taking for Business Professionals, and Project Management Simplified from LinkedIn. They have also acquired certifications in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from the TEFL Professional Development Institute and Emotional Intelligence, Self Management, Good Clinical Practise, and Human Subjects Protection from various institutions such as Wits Health Consortium and CITI Program, A Division of BRANY. Tafadzwa Pasipamire is also a member of the Public Health Association of South Africa (PHASA).
