Senior Interaction Designer at Rightpoint

Kayli Fradin has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kayli is currently working at Rightpoint as a Senior Interaction Designer, where they started in August 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Interaction Designer 2 at Rightpoint from April 2022 to September 2022. Before joining Rightpoint, Kayli worked as an Interaction Design Intern at the same company from June 2021 to April 2022.

In addition to their work at Rightpoint, Kayli is also a Co-Founder of ZEBO since January 2021.

Previously, Kayli worked as an Engineering Design Intern at Beyond Design, Inc. from January 2021 to June 2021. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Teacher Assistant (TA) at Northwestern University from September 2020 to June 2021.

Kayli also has internship experience at Spokin as a UX and Graphic Design Intern from June 2020 to August 2020. Kayli conducted user research, created graphic designs, and designed prototypes for new app features during their time at Spokin.

Before their internship at Spokin, Kayli worked as an Engineering Intern at creative werks, llc. Kayli was responsible for designing floor plan layouts, reducing machine downtime, and applying experimental design methods to optimize manufacturing processes. Kayli held this position from June 2019 to September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Design and Operations Intern at creative werks, llc. Kayli proposed and implemented sustainability initiatives, collaborated with partner companies, and conducted market research. Kayli held this position from June 2018 to September 2019.

Kayli's earliest work experience was as a Chemical Engineering Intern at American Energy Technologies Co., where they designed battery packaging, conducted research on graphite properties, and participated in brainstorming and prototyping activities from June 2015 to September 2017.

Kayli Fradin completed their Master's degree in Engineering Design Innovation from Northwestern University between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Manufacture and Design Engineering at the same institution from 2016 to 2020. In their earlier education, they attended Glenbrook South High School from 2012 to 2016.
