Martin brings to the team 20 years of experience in growth-focused innovation led by human-cantered design in industry, consulting and private equity. He’s a pragmatic venture architect with customer and team at heart, ‘roll-up-the-sleeves’ attitude, and entrepreneurial mindset to drive commercial success of the business.

Martin has delivered strategic experience solutions with vision that balances customer-defined service design and intelligent tech-led solutions with growth, expansion, investment and diversification for Sia Partners and TDR Capital’s portfolio clients, Lloyds Banking Group, and others.

He's a graduate of London Business School and an alumnus of GE’s leadership program, with a leadership style influenced by Mindfulness – the experience and values he passionately shares with his teams to empower talent and with clients to support them in their own journeys to achieving meaningful business outcomes. Martin is also a speaker and author, with an authentic voice for influencing courage to achieve business growth through sense of purpose and passion for the customer.
