Jakob Albrethsen

Jakob Albrethsen is a seasoned researcher in the fields of mass spectrometry and proteomics, currently serving as a Senior Researcher at Rigshospitalet since December 2018, following five years as a Research Scientist at the same institution. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Scholar at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Research Scientist at Statens Serum Institute, as well as a Postdoctoral researcher at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Jakob Albrethsen began the research career as a Research Scientist at Glostrup University Hospital. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Proteomics and a Cand. Scient. degree in Biochemistry & Protein Chemistry, both obtained from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen.
