Tristan Kim has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on global project management, benefits management, and global mobility. Tristan currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Riiid, starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Doosan from 2010 to 2014, where they held various roles including HR & Benefits Manager and Global Project Management Office (Global PMO). At Doosan, they were responsible for managing training workshop schedules, publishing newsletters, developing competency models, and negotiating benefit issues for expats. Before joining Doosan, Tristan was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte from 2007 to 2010, and an Associate Consultant at Towers Perrin (now Towers Watson) from 2004 to 2007.
Tristan Kim attended Korea University from 1997 to 2004, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In 2002 to 2003, they studied abroad as an exchange student at The University of British Columbia, specializing in Business/Commerce.
