Katie Oakley

Manager of Customer Success at Riipen

Katie Oakley has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Katie most recently worked at Riipen as the Manager of Customer Success starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they took a maternity leave from 2020 to January 2022. Katie also worked at WE.org from 2012 to 2020, serving in various roles including Director of Client Experience, Associate Director of Client Experience & Strategy, and Manager of Client Experience & Partnerships. In addition, they worked as a Trip Facilitator and Engagement Speaker, where they traveled across Canada representing ME to WE at events, conferences, and schools. Before that, Katie worked as a Contract Administrator at Merit Travel and as a Tour Leader at Brightspark Travel Inc.

Katie Oakley obtained their Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from Acadia University, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. Katie has also earned a certification in Change Management Professional from Acuity Institute in November 2021.
