Andrew Tsao

Andrew Tsao is an experienced leader in technical support and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Field Engineering at Rill Data since October 2023. In this role, Andrew oversees the entire customer journey and manages various technical client-facing roles, directly reporting to the CEO as part of the senior leadership team. Prior to Rill Data, Andrew held positions at dbt Labs, Continual, and Dataiku, where responsibilities included driving technical success for enterprise accounts, managing global support operations, and developing customer success strategies. Andrew also has a strong background in building and leading support teams across multiple regions at companies like Zoomdata and MicroStrategy. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Operations Research from Cornell University.
