Eric Egleston

Eric Egleston serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Rimkus, leading the company’s global growth strategy across engineering service lines. Prior to this role, Egleston was the Operating Partner and Head of Portfolio Management at Firmament, working with portfolio companies to enhance leadership capabilities. Egleston has extensive experience as a Partner at McKinsey and Company, focusing on growth transformations in the Advanced Industries sector, and previously held the position of Location Managing Partner at McKinsey's Dallas office, achieving significant growth and employee satisfaction. Egleston is also recognized for founding the North American Industrial Services Practice at McKinsey, driving substantial client development and service growth. Earlier in a research role at Princeton University, Egleston conducted advanced studies on climate change-related carbon dioxide transfers. Egleston holds a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in the same field from the University of California, Berkeley.
